Smoothies are an easy way to stay hydrated and consume a lot of fruit and vegetables! Throw in your favorite fruit into a blender and feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Fruits naturally contain a lot of vitamins and minerals so they help support your body from the inside. Below are some easy smoothie recipes that you can incorporate into your everyday diet.

 

  1. Strawberry and Banana: This is a classic smoothie recipe that all ages enjoy! Bananas are rich in calcium and strawberries have many health benefits. Throw in half a banana, a handful of strawberries, a splash of your liquid of choice, and some ice if you choose, and blend until desired consistency.
  2. Mango, Peach, Pineapple: Rich in Vitamin C, all of these fruits will give your immune system a boost! Throw in a handful of each, frozen or fresh, with a splash of orange juice, and blend until it’s nice and smooth. 
  3. Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry: A tasty fruit medley that is incredibly refreshing for a warm summer day. Throw in a handful of each and a dollop of your favorite yogurt to make it creamy and add some delicious probiotics. 
  4. Pineapple, Banana, Peach, and Kale: Blend this combo up for a quick antioxidant boost! The kale may seem weird but it has a number of health benefits as it is high in antioxidants. The sweetness of the fruit will mask the kale and add some orange or pineapple juice and squeeze of honey to satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth.
