Then, the most important part, scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Lastly, rinse your hands and dry. This process should take around 50 seconds, yet, many people only take around 10 seconds to wash their hands. To fully get rid of the germs on your hands, you must properly wash them. If you are in a situation where there is no where to wash your hands, hand sanitizer is a great option. Most hand sanitizers contain about 60% of alcohol, which allows them to get rid of most germs.
